Day Fifteen - 14.04.12 Everyone woke up a bit later today and the big human didn’t seem to be dressed ready to go and see ‘work’, I remember thinking he’s not going to be happy if he’s late! A bit later the big human started cooking eggs and bacon in the kitchen, wow that did smell good. Both Harvey and I were very good and didn’t cadge so we were allowed to have a little bit, yummy!! We went out for a quick walk with the big human then everybody went out. They didn’t seem out for too long or maybe it was because I was asleep when they got back. As soon as they got back we went for a lovely long walk across the fields, it was lovely and sunny. Harvey was allowed to have his naughty face and lead off… maybe I will too one day! I remember coming to this field before, it is where we went on the first day when I came to live here. All the smells were the same and it all looked the same, but something was different. Harvey seemed much happier this time and we played together in the long grass, even upside down! He is my best friend in the whole world now :) We got back and I couldn’t wait to have a drink, boy was I thirsty!! Everyone went out and Harvey and I were so tired we just curled up and went to sleep on the sofa. When the humans came back they had bags and boxes of food, wow they had been busy - they seemed very pleased that we had been asleep together on the sofa and gave us both a treat. We had such a busy day that when bedtime came and we were supposed to go out for our bedtime wee, the big human had to wake me up! I pretended to carry on sleeping but he knew I was faking and wouldn’t let me get away with it!
